A Cash Inducement to Attract Provincial Job Applicants

Attracting lawyers to smaller towns can be a problem for law firms, many using different techniques to do so.
In New Zealand, a couple of provincial law firms have offered house cash bonus payments of $25000 to lawyers prepared to make the move.
The problems in attracting lawyers continues to mean law firms have to think outside the square and for the Nelson, NZ law firm that used the technique a couple of years ago it was a great success.
