How AI and 'Werk' Is Changing The Way Employees Are Chosen

Legal giant O'Melveny & Myers is using both AI and neuroscience technology. The technologies are designed to deal with critical diversity and inclusion issues: pymetrics, which is designed to enhance the firm’s ability to assess candidates based on their potential, not pedigree.
The software, "Werk" is to let the firm design flexibility options that maximize employee satisfaction, engagement, productivity, and retention.
