Nearly 80% Of Employees Say This One Thing Is More Stressful Than Having Too Much Work
Forbes report that a survey of nearly 2,000 professionals, conducted by executive search firm Korn Ferry, shows that stress continues to impact most employees, sucking productivity from the office.
Over three-quarters of respondents say that stress at work is impacting their home life and relationships.

Leadership Is the Source Of Stress - And Also the Antidote
Research shows that 65% of Americans would rather see their boss get fired than receive a pay raise. In contrast, this survey from The Predictive Index says that 94% of employees with a great boss report having "passion and energy for their jobs." So the answer is: make a change in leadership, get a great boss and reduce stress - right?
Wrong.
Eighty percent of respondents say that changes in leadership have created an increase in stress levels. And 77% of employees who are unhappy with their bosses are, according to Predictive Index, looking to leave their jobs in the next 12 months.
