See a role you want to target?

Use a minimum of 5 channels to get in the door.

For example:

1. Apply for the job

2. Email 15+ current employees

3. Find and engage with employees who are active on social

4. Engage with the company’s posts on LI

5. Message recruiters in the space who might be keyed into openings

When you rely on a single channel, you limit your chances.

Multiple channels = more opportunities to win.
